Audience Feedback - Questionnaires

1) Do you think this video is a typical type of video, such as what you will see on music channels etc.?

This question received mixed answers. Some people felt this is the type of video you would see on music channels for this genre of music where as other people felt the video had elements that not many current videos out there have. Some people felt that it doesn't follow typical conventions and this was my aim.

2) Is there anything within this video that you haven't seen before?

Most people who answered said that 'the use of wrestling figures' was something they've not seen in a video before and the wrestling theme as a whole. This is what I aimed for as I've not seen this be used either.

3) Does it work? And why?

Everyone answered yes to this question and the reasons were because it kept them entertained, the editing worked well with the pace of the music. Also the fact that this type of music is used within wrestling. Someone also said that the wrestling fit well with the rebellion image of the band and that the humor was also included in this.

4) Name 2 interesting elements from the video

The majority of people answered this with the fact they liked the fish-eye lens which nobody else used, this is because I filmed my video with a slightly different camera to everyone else to give it a different look about it. People also said that the faces of the band members attached to the figures was interesting.

5) Could this product be strong? Example?

More footage of the artist was the main example of how it could of been stronger. People also stated that some of the shots were lingering too much such as the ring shots. Maybe slightly faster paced editing to match the song was an example too.

6) Do you think the pace of the video matches the song and is it typical for this type of product?

People answered yes to this question and added that the camera movement was very good too adding to the pace.
